Express Entry

The express entry system is the first step to immigration to Canada under these programs.After the system goes online, potential candidates will be able to complete the express entry profile at any time. Note that there will be no time limit to complete a profile and there will be no cap on the number of candidates to be accepted into the pool.

Anyone who is accepted into the express entry pool can get an invitation to apply for permanent residence. The draw is expected to be held at regular intervals during each year to invite candidates to apply. We will only select the top-ranked candidates, even if they are accepted into the pool. If you are invited to apply, you will have 60 days to submit a complete application for permanent residence.

Federal Skilled Workers

These applications are determined based on the capacity of an individual and contribute to the Canadian economy. Now all applications for Federal Skilled Worker are being processed through Express Entry System. To be eligible under this specific category one must fulfill the following requirement 1) One year of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience during the last ten 10 years which is a NOC of skill level 0, A and B. 2) Canada has permanent and full-time employment with Canadian employers with LMIA. 3) Have the ability to meet the minimum threshold for language ability in English or French; 4) One should get a minimum of 67 marks based on the selection factors (Tier 1 assessment).

Federal Skilled Trades Program

Federal Skilled Trade applicants are assessed based on their ability Financially sustained in Canada. As of January 1, 2015, candidates who qualify under this specific program must express their interest through the express entry system The purpose of immigration to Canada. This category is created for certain individuals with specific job offers to work in a specific occupation to obtain permanent residents in Canada. However, to qualify for Canadian immigration, there are some eligibility criteria: 1) There must be a valid job offer for employment which will be from an employer in Canada for a period of one year. 2) Language proficiency, satisfied by a certified language testing organization, must meet a level 5 for speaking and listening according to the Canadian Level Benchmark (CLB), CLB 4 for reading and writing; 3) 2 years of qualified work experience in the last five years of skilled trade; And Ability to demonstrate skills and experience that are acquired to carry out the necessary duties of occupancy. National Occupational (NOC) B level occupations will be eligible for this program. This is for a total of 90 eligible businesses. Factors regarding eligible occupations fall into general categories which are as follows; 1) Industrial, electrical and construction trade; (Major group 72) 2) Maintenance and equipment operation trade; Major Group 73) 3) Supervisor and technical occupations in national resources, agriculture and related production; (Major group 82) 4) Processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators; Major Group 92) 5) Cook and cook; (Major group 632) 6) Butcher and Baker. (Major group 633)

Canadian Experience Class

It is a defined class chosen based on their financially stable, Canadian work experience and their ability to reside in Canada. It also includes all international students who will graduate at a Canadian post-secondary institution and have professional, managerial or skilled work experience, who are eligible to apply for permanent residency. These are particularly temporary foreign workers who can apply for permanent residency through this specific class. A temporary foreign national who wishes to apply for permanent residency must meet the specific criteria to establish the relevant work experience described as follows: 12 months of full-time work or the equivalent of part-time experience; One or more occupations in skill type 0 or A or B of the NOC matrix; Experience within the last 36 months; Performance action that is described for possession in the leading statement; The sufficient number of main duties of NOC matrix and occupation details of all duties.
